7th grade Cell Projects! (Part 1)
Each student was responsible for creating a representation of a plant or animal cell and be able to describe the function of each organelle in the cell.

Need a fun holiday activity to do with your kiddo this December? The town library has guest readers Mondays thru Thursdays this whole month reading fun festive books and then stay to make a craft after!
Today at 1:00pm the staff of Potomac Grade School will be having an ALICE training with the Vermilion County Sheriffs Office. Do not be alarmed if there are numerous police cars in the parking lot.
Don't forget tomorrow is an 11:20 dismissal!
Pre-k did a few fun Thanksgiving activities. We made a huge turkey. Each student along with their family, decorated a piece of paper to make the feathers for the turkey. We graphed our favorite thanksgiving foods. Then we wrote a fabulous recipe on how to cook a turkey!!!
7th and 8th graders participated in a simulation of the Articles of Confederation! We saw that under the Articles it was very difficult for our government to agree and accomplish important tasks!!
