PBIS Pals are coming to Kindergarten through 4th Grade!!
What are PBIS Pals?
PBIS Pals are a fun and simple way to improve a child's behavior! These colorful posters and animals engage young minds, reward positive behavior, and encourage good habits. Each poster features a PBIS Pal - cute characters designed to make learning fun. Each pal teaches a different value such as responsibility, respect, trustworthiness and more. With vivid images and short phrases, these posters quickly grab and keep your child's attention. These posters provide a platform for teaching and reinforcing concepts such as friendship, following rules and recognizing accomplishments.
How will they be used?
We are going to use them with the character trait of the month. We will use the character trait and the suggestions on the Pals card to award the pal to one of the students. A student can be picked every day when the teacher thinks they are deserving to earn the award of the Pal sitting on their desk. They will also receive a Pal certificate to take home. The pal will remain on that students’ desk for the day and then you will pick a new student the following day.
