Our story this week in first grade was Jack and the Wolf! We enjoyed building masks to scare away the wolf from the story!




Kindergarten had a virtual visit with Firefighter Dan Nowacyzk today to talk to them more about fire safety! He answered their questions and showed them some of the fire gear he has to wear to stay safe in a fire. He even gave them some homework of working on a fire exit plan for home! 🚒



🍏Kindergarten wrapped up our apple research project week with homemade applesauce made in the classroom and taste testing it in the afternoon! They are apple experts! 🍎




2nd grade learned map skills today in their crash course of "how to be a pirate" in celebration of National Talk Like a Pirate day





They plan to have a Pre-k screening here in Potomac on October 15th. Please call the number listed on the flyer pictured. They may not start taking appointments until the end of September.

Apple tasting day in kindergarten for our Apple study!





3rd Grade spent much of Friday learning about 9/11. We enjoyed the nice weather that afternoon by taking a mask break outside to illustrate the books we made about heroes on that day. 🇺🇸
