Due to forecasted weather, Potomac Grade School will be dismissing at 12pm, tomorrow February 12. All students will be fed lunch before dismissal.

4th grade working on composing rhythms today.
Kindergarten celebrated the 100th day with a "glowing brighter" theme. We read 100 cvc words off of balloons, bowled 100 pins, counted 100 beads, and created a 100 piece snack. Happy 100th day!

Here's a fun experiment you can do with your children that only takes a few minutes!
Get some boiling water, head outside, and throw the water into the air! (To the side, don't stand under it!) Parents or older students, please help your littles with this as the water is still hot!
Send some pics and comment with your results of what happens to the water!

After singing O Ilaw, a Filipino folk song, we tried the dance, which has a candle balanced on the head. Since we didnt have a candle, we improvised!
